You have to edit your Blogger template to make the link visible on each page. The Sage newsreader (Sage is a FireFox extension) was smart enough to find your Atom feed. To make your link visible, follow the instructions here:

They tell you to add this to your template:
<a href="<$BlogSiteFeedUrl$>" title="Atom feed">Site Feed</a>
